All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Home Decor Sale purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your item, we’re here to help with our streamlined returns process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by all accessories and documentation
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Candles + Home Fragrance – For health and safety reasons
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items – Including custom-sized rugs and wallpaper
- Opened Bath Accessories + Organization – For hygiene purposes
- Final Sale Items – Clearly marked during purchase
All returns are subject to inspection. Items showing signs of use, damage not present at shipping, or missing original packaging may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
Return & Exchange Process
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery to request a return or exchange authorization.
Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Include any accessories or documentation that came with your purchase.
Once authorized, you’ll receive return shipping instructions. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. You’ll receive email notifications throughout the process.
Refund Information
After your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal value, the process is similar to returns. If you’re exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll need to pay the difference once your return is received and processed. For lower-priced exchanges, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping for the incorrect item.
