If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a seamless returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Candles + Home Fragrance – For health and safety reasons
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items – Including custom-sized rugs and wallpaper
- Opened Bath Accessories + Organization – For hygiene purposes
- Final Sale Items – Clearly marked during purchase
Note: All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team. Items showing signs of use, damage not present at time of shipping, or missing original packaging may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery to request a return or exchange authorization.
Step 2: Prepare Your Item
Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Include any accessories or documentation that came with your purchase.
Step 3: Shipping Your Return
Once authorized, you’ll receive return shipping instructions. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. You’ll receive email notifications throughout the process.
Refund Information
After your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Please note that international refunds may take additional time to process depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal value, the process is similar to returns. If you’re exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll need to pay the difference once your return is received and processed. For lower-priced exchanges, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping for the incorrect item.
